They are located in a safe area and there is a secure parking area right next to the complex for added ease. I showed Darren a picture, we spoke for 15 mins, 3 weeks later he gave me a ring which my fiancé has been staring at for the last 3 days straight. He explained everything so clearly with his wealth of knowledge and not once forced anything upon his customer. I had the choice, and he made it happen. Gemma has answered every single question I had for the last 10 months, and was so warm and supportive through everything. If anything, her excitement made me more exited!
